I care about the customer experience. Not in the generic, everybody-says-it way. I mean hearing what people are actually saying, understanding what they need underneath the first request, and making sure the system helps them feel supported instead of processed.I see AI and human work as complements. Let the tools handle more of the repetitive work so people can do more of the human work.
